By accessing or using Ramsify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Ramsify provides a platform for generating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for the construction industry. You acknowledge that these documents are templates and it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable for your specific specific needs and compliant with relevant regulations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Ramsify cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed on a per-document basis. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if there is a technical error preventing document generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ramsify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
